What's included with VITA RING?
Every VITA RING set includes the ring itself and a charging kit featuring a charging case and USB cable. Connect the USB cable to an external power source—like a power adapter—to charge your ring. Please note: the power adapter is not included.
Do I need a subscription to use VITA RING?

The core features of VITA RING are completely free through the VITA App, including daily tracking of sleep, heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, mood, menstrual cycle, activity, and health score. Your ring works right out of the box—no subscription required.

Kickstarter backers receive 1 full year of free VITA Intelligence membership, our AI Wellness System, which provides in-depth, AI-powered insights and professional reports. After the free year, access to VITA Intelligence is optional.

Sizing and Fit

How do I determine my VITA RING size?

To help you find your perfect fit, we’ll send a sizing kit in advance. You can try the rings and confirm your final size before your VITA RING is shipped. For the most accurate fit, we recommend wearing the sizing ring for at least 24 hours—including while you sleep—before making your final selection.

 
Which finger should I wear my VITA RING on?
You can wear your VITA RING on any finger that feels comfortable. For the best signal quality, we recommend your index, middle, or ring finger, as these fingers provide optimal contact for accurate health monitoring and easy access to gestures. For a proper fit, the ring should feel snug but not tight. Make a fist to check that there’s no gap between the ring and your finger, ensuring all-day comfort and reliable performance.
What materials is VITA RING made of?
VITA RING is crafted from aerospace-grade zirconia ceramic, making it extremely scratch- and wear-resistant while remaining lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear. The inner ring is made of 316L stainless steel, providing added durability, skin safety, and hypoallergenic comfort—so it’s safe for 24/7 wear, even for sensitive skin.
What if my VITA RING doesn’t fit properly?
If your VITA RING doesn’t feel right, we recommend double-checking your size using the VITA RING sizing kit before wearing it long-term. A proper fit should feel snug but comfortable, without causing pressure or slipping.

Battery and Charging

How often does it need charging?
VITA RING offers up to 7 days of continuous monitoring on a single charge under typical daily use—even with all features enabled, including haptic vibrations, notifications, and full health tracking. The charging case provides additional top-ups for extra convenience. Actual battery performance may vary depending on settings, feature usage, and alert frequency.
Checking the battery is easy—just look at the home screen. While charging, the ring glows red, and once it’s fully charged, it turns green so you’ll know it’s ready to wear.

Compatibility and Connectivity

Does it support iOS and Android?
VITA RING is fully compatible with major iOS and Android devices. All features can be accessed seamlessly through the dedicated app.
Can it connect with other devices?
Yes. It supports integration with smartphones and tablets. Features like notifications and health data syncing can be used across devices.
Do I need Bluetooth enabled to use the VITA RING?
Yes. VITA RING requires Bluetooth 4.0 or higher to connect with your device. This connection enables seamless syncing, health tracking, notifications, and social features. Even if Bluetooth is off, the ring is in Airplane Mode, or disconnected from the app, it will continue to collect data and can store up to 7 days of offline data, which will automatically sync the next time Bluetooth is enabled.
Can I share my health data?

Yes. Your health data can be shared within the VITA app, and you remain fully in control of how your data is viewed or shared. All sharing is initiated by you and takes place only within the official app experience. To protect your privacy and data security, health data is managed exclusively within the VITA RING ecosystem.
